Love is a very powerful thing and it feels right when you are with the right person. The wedding of Clarence Pedzi and Lyndon Nyika was proof of this sentiment and they got joined in holy matrimony on the 20th of December 2020 at Etana Gardens Haben in Gweru. Even though it rained heavily, their wedding went on perfectly well.
After engaging, Zoey and Lyndon saw it necessary to tie the knot despite the pandemic. The couple couldn’t wait to be joined in holy matrimony and so they made it a point for them to wed, keeping in mind the Covid 19 restrictions.
The bride rocked her day with an off-shoulder boob tube dress that was flared going downwards and a perfectly tied up knot to show off her natural look. The groom wore a black and white suit. The bride’s bouquet complimented the wedding colours that were green and white. The bridesmaids wore long green dresses with gold belts and slits while the groomsmen wore khaki suits and white shirts.
The couple made sure they had limited guests in compliance with the Covid 19 regulations.
Zoey and Lyndon were happy with their wedding outcome even though it rained during the wedding but as people who had put everything together and done it so perfectly, they were prepared for the rains, having a tent ready. The couple, especially the bride, was grateful for the support they got from both families and how they all responded to their duties.
“My advice to future brides who are planning their weddings is that have your plan as a couple and present it to the others after you have made decisions as a couple to avoid confusion and other people taking over,” said Zoey.
